As our monogramming service is handmade to order, please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be personalised, which then will be passed over to our delivery partners. We appreciate little things in life might get in the way of planning ahead, so if you need one of our products quicker than this, just contact us on info@blushrose.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate all orders. 

All of our orders are sent Signed For and come with a reference number which can be used to track your parcel. Please note, a signature upon delivery is required, if no one is home this will be sent to your local pick up point with details posted to you. Delivery costs vary depending on your location and the size and weight of each order.

PACKAGING

Each of our products are wrapped in gold dotted tissue paper.  Your order can be beautifully gift boxed at a small extra charge. We offer a complimentary printed gift message if you are purchasing as a present. You can add your message in the box on the basket page.

RETURNS

The beauty of personalisation is that once an item has been hand-monogrammed, it is created especially for you. This means that unless (in the unlikely event!) your product is damaged or faulty, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you have a problem with your order please contact us on:

LEATHER CARE

As the products within our leather collection are made from Saffiano Leather, we have put together a care guide to ensure your products stay as good as new:

• Avoid scratching against any rough materials, this could damage or tear the leather

• Avoid any liquids or oils, especially around the initial area, this could result in the foil fading over time

• Don’t leave out in the sun - this could discolour the leather
